Whatever happened to Donnie's Poker event, did it happen? doesn't seem like i've heard anything about it.

I believe it happened as scheduled bc I read somewhere (Yikes' twitter IIRC) that Donnie finally won his own tournament.

The only kind of poker I know how to play is indian poker (yknow, where u put the cards on your head), so I would def be no match against anyone in a poker tournament. I bet you half the people who signed up didn't even know how to play, they just did it to get close to D, ha.

LOL i play poker on my BlackBerry almost daily. Went into the game this morning playing just one game, left winning 480000 points. Too bad it's not real money

You ever play on any of the real money sites? My brother in law is a poker wiz and he tears those paid sites up. You can make out pretty well if you're good at the game.

Rev no i haven't played on any of the paying sites because i know myself. If i didn't win, i would go one more time and so on because the next time could be the good one. I've had problems with gaming before. I know to appease my want of gambling with it being free lol.

I did the tournament - I knew how to play and about 1/2 the people at my table didn't. Sadly, I just didn't get the cards.. only won a couple hands. Someone w/ cheat sheets came in 2nd at my table. :-p At least someone who knew how to play made it to Donnie's table.

HEHEHE i would love to make it to his table and beat the crap out of him. Now that would be a sweet victory even better than sex. YES i said it.

That was my goal.

Smiling i can understand, would have been mine too plus i'm good at bluffing. But i shouldn't tell you that in case someday i actually get on the boat and there's a poker Tournament

Too funny! I love my fellow women and love to be around my friends, but for it to be a party, I have to have some testosterone in the room. It just balances out the equation. I'm just speaking for myself. More power to the girls who can party hard with just the ladies!

You don't have to be doing anything in Mexico to get shot these days, shit is scary, I had big plans for a extended stay in Mexico, but getting caught in the crossfire is a reality. A city where a friend lives 15 were taken out at a carwash, actually the entire crew that worked there. When I head nks were going to Mexico it was a uneasy feeling. Running to a cop for protection there is like running into a death squad. sad sad

That's so unfortunate. We went to Mexico for our honeymoon and the resort we stayed at was beautiful. There was such a contrast between the resort and the rest of the town, though. Driving from the airport we saw hundreds of people walking down the side of the highway towards big factories and it all looked pretty bleak. Get to the resort and it's like a paradise. I couldn't believe the polarity of the area.

I would love to go back to that resort but wouldn't even chance it these days.

There was video of the Jordan incident but it went private but not sure why. People are saying it happened in Peru, not Mexico. I'm surprised Jordan hasn't tweeted about it for attention. Haven't heard anything about Jon.
